Welcome to the 2010 edition of the Blacksburg Cycling Classic! Mark your calendars for this omnium on the July 24-25th 2010 weekend. The event includes a criterium, a time trial, and the 2010 VA State Age-Graded Road Race Championships. The courses feature some of the finest terrain in our area and we think in all of Virginia.

- Road race is open to all but eligibility for VA Championship title and medals is limited to current VA residents.

- VA BAR points for criterium, time trial, and road race.

Saturday Morning: CRC Criterium
- The criterium course received rave reviews the last time it was run and we've added some technical sections and lengthened the course.
- ~0.89 miles, six corners, left and right turns, fast runs, and a nice kicker hill to the start/finish.
- Located in Blacksburg in the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center adjacent to Virginia Tech and close to most hotels.

Saturday Evening: Mud Pike Time Trial
- 10 mile out and back course.
- Big ring rollers and super fast sections.
- Located in Christiansburg within 15 minutes of downtown Blacksburg.

Sunday: Maggie Valley Road Race
- Epic potential with a complex 15 mile circuit of flat exposed roads to rolling hills and a 'wall' climb.
- Race finishes with a steep climb up Johns Creek mountain.
- Parking provided by our host at the Black Diamond Ranch.
- Located in Maggie Valley, one of the most picturesque areas in the region, about 25 miles from Blacksburg.
- Note that the road race location is in a rural area with limited resources. Please be prepared.
- Special Food Option: The Black Diamond Ranch will have coffee and breakfast food in the morning as well as delicious burgers and cook out food later in the day available for purchase. Treat yourself to some great food after a tough race weekend!
